Does anyone want to sell, loan, or rent their 2084 crank lock tool? Time to do my 20v belt service. If anyone knows where to buy one I'd do it, but the supplies seem to be getting thin. For loaners or rentals, I'm in southern new England. As a side note I have a vag-com should anyone need it. Thanks everyone.

And I got mine from Zelenda Tool (sp)? It was some years ago now. They may still carry them.

I got mine to do the timing belt on my V8 quattro. I have the 2079 and the 2084 tools. I don't think you need the 2079, it is more critical on the V8, where there's not a lot of clearance to get to the crank bolt.

If you can't find one locally, I would consider loaning mine out with a security deposit of course. You can PM me to discuss the details.
