I am sure all Audi owners are fed up with frozen fastners. How about those vibration mounts where the rubber shears and there is no way to get a grip on the disc so that you can turn the nut. Years ago I started taking them off with a cut off wheel. Mine is a 4 1/2" and doesn't get in every where.
I just discovered that Dremel now offers re-enforced cut off wheels for their little hand tools. These are not the same as their previous wheels. I had used those to cut my fuel pump platform free from my 90Q. I must have used up 15 of those wheels, they shatter every time you make the slightest movement.
The new wheels are terrific, just used one to cut the allen head bolts that hold the rear diff bushing braket on my 90Q. Being a sacrificial tool, I used up two with no breaks. Gets in anywhere.

torx+rust=impossible
My BMW's transmission pan was a nightmare, dremel and vicegrips and probably 20+ cutoff wheels and at least 6-8 hours.

used the dremel with reinforced discs for a bunch of impossible-to-remove fasteners on my car. At 35,000 rpms, it's like a warm knife through butter.
)
Surely a good addition to the tool box.

and went to Home Depot and bought a "kit". Nice addition, next is the flex hose. I keep buying these toys, I guess if I had a new car I wouldn't need them, heh?

At the time (4 years) Dremel stuff was a lot more expensive than it is now. Have they moved to Taiwan? Anyway, now I have to track down Sears accessories, like the extension. Although, the handle on the extension seems only slightly smaller than the power unit itself. I wonder if there is any advantage?
