Default NF engine Intake vaccum hose. Which one?

I'm planning to seafoam the audi. Which vaccum hose would be the best for sucking into the intake?

Default Sea Foam is an additive...........

it can be added to fresh engine oil, right after you have changed your oil, or added to a full tank of gas. For best results, do both.

It is a detergent type product, so with oil, it cleans oil passage ways, and helps stop valve clatter.

Mixed with the gas, it cleans injectors, and around the valves.

Always makes my car run better.

It is not a product that would be added through an intake vacuum hose..............Rooster

Default the instructions and every article I've come across

all say to pour through direct manifold vaccum line that will fill all cylinders. Possibilities are PCV valve or brake booster.

Do you know what vaccume line will fill all cylinders?>
