A guy told me the NG cam on a naturally aspirated high compression Audi 100 (1990 model year) is a better cam for an MC-1 turbo motor than the MC-1 cam. Anyone tried this and tell me the results? I'm looking for more performance above 5000 rpm using a K-24 turbo.
Thanks,
Ramp

There was a mid year change in the cam. You need to be sure which cam it is. I posted a page of cam specs a while back. The MC-2 cam is more agressive while still remaining free from overlap - at least that is how it has been described to me. HTH
