Note to Jurq, What's your opinion on that exhaust system on the 91 20V Avant?

For all of you who are curious, we were able to install a Stromung Gen IV 3 inch turbo-back exhaust system on Mystified's 91 200 20v Avant last week. There were a few very minor fitment issues that will be dealt with in future installations with the addition of a few flanges at the connection of the downpipe and the center pipe. Throttle response is much improved, and turbo spool-up is also noticeably faster-NICE!We'd like to thank Jeff Postopack (he's your man for Stromung exhaust systems btw) and Tim McLean at Northern European Automotive in Concord, NH for the great install job. Enjoy the pics and let me know if you have any q's.

Indeed.. Mystified- Nice lady!
the 1991 200 20V Avant chassis is a bit longer than , the C4 (S4-S6) chassis the Stromung was devised to fit.
So the fit wasn't perfect, but darn close considering I never witnessed such an install before.
Tim used the hanger I am holding in the first photo, to secure the catalytic area, since that mount is located 'a stern'.
The fit issues were over come with more ingenuity of NEA's Tim McLean.
all that can be improved with our next attempt, and I plan to thank Mystified for the volunteering as the Beta fitment candidate.

on this project along with setting it up for me, and the follow thru it prolly never would have happened. I surely am a lucky girl, as I have told Jim: "This is crazy, my 16 year old car is getting this spanky exhaust system!"
I hate to say it, but this exhaust will prolly outlast my car! And it does sound awesome! I find myself after I start her to give her some gas at idle to hear her bellow just a little and now at stop lights and so on...!
I owe a big Thanks to you, Jim and Tim @ NEA for bumping up my HRSPWR about 20 notches and adding some bling to my already discreet rear on Silvey!
Thanks Guys!
