Oil Pan Leaking!
I have an 89' 100 2.3l with 130,000km on it. Recently I have noticed an oil slick under the car after parking it. I had a look underneath the car and it is in pristine condition except for the dam oil pan. The pan looks like it has been sitting in slat water for about 20 years! It is completely covered in rust (and oil).
Has anyone attempted to replace the oil pan? Is it easy to do? Or do other components have to be moved first. Any alternative ideas? What does a new pan cost?

Re: Oil Pan Leaking! ...I second that bet...
And as it has been my experience. tranny leaks can be that devil side servo. o-ring...let me know if tightening those bolts doesn't do it...

When I pulled the 10vt apart, I found NO gasket for my oil pan. Someone thought that metal-to-metal would seal up just fine. That, and the hyd. pump needed new seals everywhere. Rack felt funny too, most likely seals. Leaky car.
