I run a lot of strait 30 HD because I bought 80G of Delo on closeout $1. Strait oils rock in a n/a.

Default I think that's the first time I've viewed an oil reciept outside of Bobistheoilguy.

I got a lot of M1 0w-30 SL on clearance, which is very nice in the Honda because it's thin. They are bringing it back in a 5q jug for $23 at WalMart. I also have some Ur-GC Syntec 0w-30 but no Euro cars to run it in, so it's going in my Suzuki GSX-F 750 next time I do an oil change. (Shell 20w-50 now)

fwiw, some guys at Bob's have 100s of quarts, inc me. I have a lot of Pennzoil Platinum, better than free after rebates. Some Havoline Synth, PZ SUV Blend and about 50G of Delo 30 that I got for $1/gallon. I started with 80 and used 30 last year. I have a ton of Havoline DS 5w-20 I just got for a buck. My motto is buy it on clearance and it WILL get used. I service a lot of cars and don't have to ask for $$$ back from my friends and family.

Link to Specials and Closeout/Sale Oils Forum at Bob's

Default Re: It's not 5 weight?

Thanks. That makes sense to me. I kind of figured that's how it works but it's nice to have it made clear.

Default Shell Rotella T Synth 5w-40 is now marked under $15/G at some places. Compare to M1 5w-40 at $23/G.

M1 5w-40 Turbo Truck & SUV is $23/Gallon. Both are awesome, better than the Syntec 5w-40 VW 502-spec oil the Audi dealers use. Check WalMart.
