Default Some are better than others

The worst, and usually cheapest, bombs are made by Meyle.

Febi's are good.

Lemforder's are prolly the best.

FWIW, the previous owner of my 1988 5000CSTQ had paid over $400 to have a new bomb installed around 2002. It was junk when I bought the car in 2004. I have no idea who made it or even if his mechanic cheated him by installing a used one, but it was definitely not maintaining any pressure when I bought the car. I replaced it with a Lemforder (bought from a Worldpac reseller).
