Anyone know which hose this is?
Last time I drove it, it actually didn't leak too bad with that clamp on it. Should I just send it to that spokane house of hose?

I THINK that's the return line to the reservoir, which would not be under much pressure. If that's the case, the usual reason for leaks at that point would be hose shrinkage inside the metal crimp. If the hose clamp has stopped the leak, I'd just replace the clamp with a nonperforated type and expect that to keep the hose from leaking for quite some time. The perforated type in the pix can cut into the hose.

I work at a FLAPS and you'd be surprised how many folks out here in Hicksville will refuse any hose clamp but that kind.
I can't stand them. They. Cut. Hoses. But every time I suggest the kind with a smooth band and rolled edges---even if they're cheaper---the customer refuses.

I like hose clamps made by ABA and Norma.
I recently learned the hard way that in our power steering and power brake hydraulic systems, even leaks in the return lines can seriously affect things.

I had a leak from the bottom of the reservoir. I was able to fit a second clamp (still on the nipple) and it slowed the leak (I think it stopped) to where the hose is dry. The hose has zero compressibility. I notice the leak increased the colder the weather got. When it was sub-zero here it leaked an actual puddle. Spokane? I live here in Spokane. Anyone else?
