I have a 200 20v and I'm pretty sure the PS pump is leaking. It sorta looks like the same pump in my 88 5k but I'm assuming it is not. Are these interchangeable? I also remember hearing the PS Pump from the V8 is the same as the 200 20v... is this true???
I need some advice as what to do. I checked SJM and they want almost 300 bones for a remanufactured pump. Is this the best I'm gonna get? Does anyone sell a rebuild kit for the PS Pump? If so should I rebuild it (depending on how hard it is) or buy a remaned unit from a vendor? Anyone have a good pump they are not using?
Whats my best option? I don't feel like wasting any more Pentosin.
As always... thanks!

Blau sells a ZF remanufactured for $350. They show this is a different unit than 5K.
I've had mixed luck rebuilding these things.
For what its worth I finally went with the ZF and it has been solid for 150K miles so far.

The 200 and 5000 from '87 on pumps are the same. The V8 pump has a slightly different shape to the body casting to fit into the bracket the V8 uses. A 5000/200 pump WILL NOT go into the V8 bracket. I think the V8 pump body will fit the anchorages in the 5000/200, however. The differences between the older 5000 pumps and the newer 200 pumps are the size of the flats where the hoses go and the banjo bolts. The older ones used crush washers to seal the opening and had larger flats. The hoses with O-rings will fit on those. There is not room for the hoses with crush washers to go on the newer pump bodies. I've used both older and newer 5k/200 pumps on my 200q20v.
Resealing a pump is not too bad a job if you have a press and the tool needed to take off the mushroom caps around the front of the pump. If not, you really can't do the job properly.
