PS fluid ...

I have a question regarding my Power Steering fluid.
The last time i replaced the PS fluid was when my car had 80k miles on it. I replaced the steering rack and they put new fluid.
Currently my car has 145k miles and it is now almost 3-4 years older since the fluid replacement. I'm pretty sure that i may neeed new PS fluid in the system. What do you think?
So, what is the easiest way to drain the old PS fluid and then put a new one and avoid air in the system??? I'm kind of scared from the whole bleeding procedure - never done it.
Or should i just drain part of the fluid and add some fresh one? Is this really effective or i need full flush/replacement. I can drain(suck out) the PS reservoir and fill it with fresh fluid.
What do you think i should do? Or it's way too much trouble and better give it to my Audi mechanic to do it? Again, i've never done something like that before but i'm willing to try if not too risky.
Btw, how often should i replace my brake fluid?

From the number of responses i got, it looks like nobody has done a PS fluid drain/replcement. It must be tricky. I guess, my mechanic will have to take care of my car.

The brake fluid should be replaced every 2nd. year.
I don´t know any reason why to change the power steering fluid. I´m an Audi/VW mechanic
in Germany and we never change this fluid.
Your 3-4 year old PS fluid is better than the fluid in most other VW/Audi vehicles which were
never replaced....
