Question on brake temps?? only a quick one ;)
I want to paint my calipers red...but there are two type of paints (hi-temp) 500* and 1200*...would the 500* temp be enough? or should I go all the way to 1200*?

Get caliper paint, available at Walmart, Autozone, etc. I thought they only had one heat range. However, I suspect that the 500F paint would be enough. The calipers need to be cleaned VERY well for the paint to adhere properly.
