Default radio fuse

was installing a deck and the + touched the deck, sparks flew, needless to say there is no current coming from the + wire now. Which fuse is for the stereo? I have no cover on my fusebox...Thanks.

Default can someone please post a pic of the fusebox cover?

or just tell what fuse it is, the clock doesn't work either.

My '87 5ktq lists no. 4 15A as reading lights, cig lighter, clock, radio etc..
