Recharging the brake accumulator

Has anyone ever recharge the brake accumulator ?
I have two bad ones. Thinking of going to the junkyard, but I found out today we can recharge this bomb (brake accumulator)

I heard that there was a guy doing that now...

don't remember who, perhaps someone else does, but I'm certain it is not a home project, that you would have to ship the bomb to him.
