refurbished tires in vancouver?

someone had mentioned to me a while back that there's this shop in vancouver that sells refurbished tires, can't track the person down who told me, and my tires are getting dangerously bald. Does anyone know of a place like this in vancouver?

You mean used? Passenger car tires cannot be refurbished (re-tread) like a large truck tire.
