I need to replace the middle section of the plastic chrome strip that is just above the bumper. I know about removing the nuts from the studs, but how does the middle section unclip from the end sections that wrap around the corners of the car? Do the clips joining the sections simply pry off, or slide back to release the middle section? Any help is gretly appreciated. ..........Rooster

I think you need to remover the bumper, because I think there's screws behind it. Check with someone else, but I definately remember removing them after the bumper on mine.
Either way, removing the bumper is a joke on these cars... Why the avoidance?
