RS2 Exhaust manifold for 5KTQ 88 10V?

Is this bolt on,and do you need the RS2 turbo or can you use the old K26? What performance gain will this give you,with or without the RS2 Turbo?

RS2 EM is for a 20vt, not 10vt, so it won't fit

But an RS2 turbo will fit on your 10vt EM
