is the serpatine belt tensioner called something eles?

i need a new serpantine belt tensioner and the only tensioner i see i think is for the timing belt...is it the idler pulley im looking for or is there not a tensioner for the timing belt? maybe a part number would be best? :P

Audi calls the hydraulic cylinder on the passenger side of the timing belt cover that is attached to the ribbed belt tensioner arm a shock absorber, not a tensioner. It's part number is 077 903 427B.
The actual tensioner spring is a coil that's on the back side of the passenger side timing belt cover. It's what puts the presure on the tensioner arm.
