Sputters at 3k... No heat... Rough cold idle

Ok, so I finally got her on the road today, threw the plates on and started her up without a hitch aside from the belts squealing. Was running great for like the first 20 minutes, tons of power all the way up to 5 or 6k, then out of nowhere, when you give it the gas it gets up to 3k and sputters like it isn't getting enough gas or it's being choked or something. Any ideas?
Second my heat which WAS working fine doesn't seem to be working at all now. When I turn it on, I hear it click like something happened, but it isn't blowing.
Thirdly, I have to give it gas in order for it to start for the first 5-10 seconds or it stalls, what would cause this? Thanks in advance!

Which engine? NF or MC1? See if the ECU has any trouble codes. I'll bet that either a temperature sensor (air inlet or coolant) or O2 sensor is out of range,
Your climate control head can be placed in diagnostic mode by pressing and holding the outside temp button and then pressing the Off button (I think). Consult your shop manual for details.
I'd check the resistance of each temperature sensor (and the output voltage of your O2 sensor) before worrying about your third question. You must get them all within range before tweaking anything or you'll just be chasing your tail.
