Default Sunroof Motor on its last leg...

I've got a 1990 Audi 100 w/ 84K on the clock. The sunroof opens fine, but the motor struggles to close it. When closing, it makes a squeaking/grinding sound. How much longer do i have before the motor dies, and how hard are they to change.

The motor is not hard to change at all. If you pry the interior lights out, directly above it is a screw that holds that little panel in place. Take that off and you'll be looking straight at the motor. Have you also checked the sunroof tracks? Maybe a little lubrication might do the trick.

Good luck,

Wilson.

Good that was one of the question i was asking to myself about that sunroof. How the hell do you change the time in the audi 5000s? Lol i have no idea how. I know that i have 4 buttons for the windows, and 5 others. Memory and 1-2-3-4. etc

I assume you mean time on the dash? There should be a couple really small buttons next to the clock, (small as in you'll probably need a pen to press it....) and that should do it.

On my 5k the time is changed by holding in one of the 3 black buttons below the trip computer switch.
