My 200 TQ surges under either stable running or deceleration. The surges disappear under acceleration. Seems it ought to be fuel. The intake tract is solid...even the Michelin man is new...IDEAS??

I changed my o2 sensor and adjusted the idle stop to fix mine. The o2 maybe OK but a little slow to react, which can cause it to be a step behind the pulses that the computer requires... The generic 3 wires are cheap enough ($39)that it's not even worth trying to debug.
Make sure the throttle linkage allows the idle screw to hit the stop "solidly". The bushings in the linkage can wear enough that the linkage prevents the throttle from hitting the stop, which seems to really "hose up" the idle.
