Default symptoms of torn w.g. diaphragm?

I have a TAP ecu, and the car stumbles and surges at high boost...

my car overboosts, and the fuel pump realy ****s off, i have replaced all hoses going to and from the WG, so i will hit the diaphragm next

If your not sure take the hose of the wastegate cap attach a vaccum gauge. Draw vaccum to it and it should pump up and hold, if it doesn't it's ripped. If it does start looking else where.

Default Overboosting...

Do you have a boost gauge? How much boost are you getting?

Usually you'll overboost when the diaphragm tears. Leads to a quick lean condition obviously. Having a Tap chip probably not the best idea when this happens...

Do the vacum test as Toxcheap suggested. You should be able to hear the WG valve drop when you let of vacum...

I'd check ignition components if the WG control system checks out...
