TurboCity, and a couple others do besides 3K-Warner (aka the guys that built your turbo in the first place).

i happen to have one for sale! i ordered one two weeks ago only to find out from a turbo shop that there's nothing wrong with my turbo! unfortunately the kit arrived yesterday before i could cancel it. the kit is for the k24, k26 & k27 turbo. email me if you're interested.

I emailed them and they sent a curt, 'we don't got no turbo rebuild kit for you buddy'...
