Simple repair...

Get some high pressure fuel hose, fuel line clamps and a pipe flaring tool.

Then simply cut out the bad section of hose, flare the endings on each side a bit, slide on the fuel hose and then clamp. Done.

Good luck.

Default how Steve describes fix works well...........I have this a couple of years ago.......

just be sure you use high pressure hose. Suggest using multiple clamps to secure hose on both ends. I think I used three clamps on each end of hose to make sure it did not leak or come off. Fixed my fuel line leak very well a couple of years ago, still no problems.

Default if it's really rusted......

You might end up putting multiple repair sections. Sorta like patching an old tire over and over. I went that route and did the same as Steve suggests. By the way, the flare is so the rubber hose won't fall off. Be sure to get the high pressure hose. You'll know if it's high pressure enough when you pay about $3-4 a foot for it. Anything else is not good enough.

You might end up running high pressure rubber hose all the way from the front to the rear, but that's not really legal in most states. Mine were both (supply and return) rusted so I got 25 feet of steel (3/8") line and spliced them in with compression connectors.

The one going up over the tank near the right wheel well is a major pain. I rerouted it underneath and alongside the tank. Be careful connecting to the fuel accumulator, the hose going to the tank is special and not just a clamp on rubber job.

Sorry to open an old thread; when you say it is a special hose to the accumulator, what is involved in its replacement?
