Default V8 '90 3.6 automatic & '93 4.2 automatic drive shafts

Hello,
maybe somebody knows or did by himself this switchover: drive shafts from early V8 into latest V8 (in this case from '90 3.6 automatic into '93 4.2 automatic).
They looks a little bit different (I marked with red), but the housing for them (for inner and outer) looks the same .... ??? hmmmm.....

Sorry, but those picts are so small, I can't even read the text you added to them.

But ETKA lists the front half shafts as the same for 90-94 with that type of inboard joint.

I would say "safe".

Default Ok there is a discrempacy......

...those axles in the picture are 4.2 axles.

& there is a difference in lengths....since the trans is off centered a bit. So one sides axle is a bit longer than the others. I think it's the pass side thats shorter.

Default Re: You mean both in my pictures are from 4.2 ???

but where is writen '90 3.6 that one was taken from 1990 3.6 automatic..........of course, could be that was replaced......I don't know anymore;....I'm lost.....
And You say that in 4.2 the trans is off centered a bit if compare with 3.6 ???
I notice as well about that the pass side is shorter in my 4.2 '93, but I thought, that it is only my imagination :-))
