What the difference between ZVW 237 104 and ZVW 237 105 antifreeze?

While planning on timing belt/water pump job, I tried to find the "right" type of antifreeze for my 5KTQW. Well, Pentozin G001100 is available from whole bunch of web autoparts stores with the price ranging $7 - $10 for 1.5 liter bottles. The price is ok, but since I live in Alaska, the shipping here is approximately the same (or even more expensive) than the antifreeze itself. So, I decided to check what local dealers have. We don't have an AUDI dealer here in town, but luckely there is a VW dealer. They have a VW/Audi blue antifreeze with part number: ZVW 237 105. And what is more, they have it pretty cheap: about $25 (with some discounts, originally $33) per gallon. So, my question is: is this antifreeze what I need to put in my car? Here is what I've found on SJM: Coolant Types for VW/Audi G 001 100 or ZVW 237 104 "Blue" non phosphate coolant is specified for the majority of the VW and Audis built before 8/1996.
Could anybody please shed some light on this, because at VW dealership they have no clue even about Pentosin antifreeze.
And also another question: in what proportion should I mix the antefreeze with distilled water? I know that 50/50 gives -37°C freezing protection, but here in Fairbanks, Alaska the temperature drops below -40 -45°C sometimes in winter time. Even though I have a block and oil pan heater, I don't have a radiator heater. So I guess I need about 55/45 or even 60/40 proportion, is it right?
Thanks in advance,

This is what I recommend and use in all Audis prior to 8/1996 production.

25 bucks for a gallon of G11 (Blue) seems very pricey. I got a gallon of that at my Audi dealer for 10 bucks, IIRC. I bought a gallon of G12 (Red) for my 4kq, and the price was around 12 bucks.

As with any "mix" of water & antifreeze, the LESS water in the mix restricts the ability of the coolant to capture heat & remove it from the engine & also to release the heat as it passes thru the radiator.

however when u leave the car at night pure antifreeze wont freeze at the temperatures he is talking about, but if u mix it with water it might.
