I have a whistling noise some times in my 200, Is this a possible vacuum leak??? There are times when I get down on it, it starts bucking at higher rpms. Thanks

Possible one of the air intake hoses is leaking. The "Michelin Man" ribbed tube from the intercooler to the injector manifold (pass side front of motor) is prone to failure.
I'd check out the entire intake path...good luck.

Yep check the MM hose and intercooler. Also inspect all boost hoses...
How much boost are you making?
Another possible culprit is the rear main seal. It will cause a whistling sound sometimes when it goes bad...
