Will a K27 work on the 10V Turbo? Performance?

You need to check to make sure the hotside has the right flange to mate up with your EM. Your lag will go up, but you'll get more top end power - IF you can keep up with fuel.
Personally, I wouldn't put a k27 on an MC1/MC2 unless you have aftermarket fuel management, or at least a supplementary system with extra injectors.
