Clarify what you are asking about...
SDS is Sudden Decelleration Syndrome?
EM3 I know from my old Coast Guard days, that means Electrician's Mate Third Class.
But why you want an Electricians Mate Third Class to experience Sudden Decelleration Syndrome is beyond me.
Or you could mean something completely different, I don't know...
