First establish if the washer pump is working. can you hear it buzzing when you push the button?
If so, then it must a clog in the sprayers or maybe one of the lines has popped off and instead of cleaning your windsheild you are cleaning your engine bay![Wink](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
I'm sure you checked the fluid so I wont ask if its empty...
the sprayers on the hood may have gunk in them. you can try cleaning them out with a safety pin but be prepared to adjust them as you will probably move them from the cleaning. also could try pouring warm watter over them or a garden hose with some pressure.
If your pump turns out to be bad I do have a spare I could sell you.

well, number one, make sure there is washer fluid in the tank ![Wink](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
each tank has a seperate motor, so at least one of them should work.. kind of odd that both would die, but go figure.
pull the stock(stalk?) for one, push the button for the other... sorry if it sounds like i'm saying you don't know how to use it..
also, there could be a problem with the hoses, or i guess the jets themselves could be plugged.

somewhere in the line. Usually where the two lines split. The purpose is to keep fluid at the nozzles resulting in a faster spray. I removed it on an Isuzu trooper with no noticeable delay.
