Okay, some info that I haven't been able to come across yet:
- Stock Spark plug type and gap
- Oil quantity I can wing this of course, but I need to know how much to buy.
What to people tend to run for rough service? A decent 5W30 ought to do it I assume.
- Differentual/transmission fluids... I assume 75W90 GL-5?
I'm sure there's other stuff I'm forgetting that I'll need to know.![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Thanks folks.

1.) Bosch F6DTC, already pre-gapped. (don't go with anything else, this is the plug you want/autohuasaz.com)
2.) 5 QTS exactly. Makes it easy! I wouldn't run 5w30 for the summer. I ran it in the 20v and it was too thin. I run M1 10w-40 and love it. I'd guess 10w-30 or 10w-40 would be good for summer too.
3.) Reference 20v.org....

Hmm, Bosch plugs might be a challenge to find locally. I would have preferred not to have to go online to find them.
I should also mention for oil recommendations that this is a rally car that will compete almost exclusively in winter so a good cold lubrication is important.
Thanks for the 20v.org tips, good info there.

and you can't use the same type fluid in the trans and rear diff, they are different.
Any worldpac dealer will have the spark plugs you need, F6DTC.

If it's only being used for rallying than you shouldn't worry about a bunch of cold winter starts. 5W-30 is too thin for this engine in the first place let alone beating on it in a rally event. Run the 10w-40 dino or sythnetic from Mobil 1. I got my 5 qt. jug from Wal-Marts for like $23.XX, not a bad deal(that's all I went there for). It's great for this engine too

Cold starts are exactly what its going to experience since our Rally Cross/Rally Sprint series is October-April. I get the message though, thicker oil with the appropriate precautions. It'll never get flogged instantly anyway.
