Hello all. i am having a problem with my 1990 audi 80. a strange ugly grinding noise when the rpms drop as i come to a stop and when i resume pressing the accelerator gently to go the same noise resumes. but when i press the gas to increase speed the noise stops and it sounds fine. i am also having cold start problems in the morning and was told to replace the fuel pump relay. it doesn't want to pry loose. is there a special way to get the relay out or does it take extra force to loosen it out. I dont want to break it. thanks in advance for any help!!
