check out the following -

i have a 93 90s as well and i have had the following recalls - not sure if they were "open" recalls or what...

-new fuel injectors
-new catalytic converter

WHITE SMOKE

The white smoke is condensation.
No harm.
My 1995 Sport 90 Quattro does it all the time.
I live is S. Cal. and use it everyday.
