1993 Audi 90 CS engine gone - can it be replaced with...
Hi guys
I have an Audi 1993 90 CS, 161 000 miles on it.
It overheated and the engine cylinder got broken. There is a big crack inside it.
My mechanic told me I have to find a new engine.
I fund one which is the following:
1995 Engine
Audi Series 90
86,567 miles - A BJ0577
The guy who is selling it to me says it will fit in my 1993 Audi and it is a grade A engine. $850 US delivered to me.
Do you guys this will fit in my Audi and will work fine?
Thanks!

Yes, it would fit. It IS likely a different engine code (you have an AAH, that is likely an AFC). It has some upgrades (lighter valve train), but also some down-grades (lower compression). So, you may have some hiccups. It would be best to find another 12v engine from a '92-94 100, or '93-94 90/Cabrio.
