there is a hidden screw behind the inside door latch handle and one..
on the bottom side of the plastic trim on inner door pull. Remove that and there are two more behind it. Also two or more small screws around the top edge of the panel. when all are removed, pull UP. You will need to unplug the power window connector and also the speaker connector. Also remove the metal clip that holds the door latch cable to the door panel.
