Default 1994 Cabriolet V6 engine stall

I have beautiful 94 Cabriolet with the V6 engine. Starts and runs great. However, I’m getting this annoying issue, where, once warmed up, the rpm’s suddenly drop and the check engine light comes on. Occasionally at a stop light the engine will stall when this happens. Any theories, things to check? Interestingly this all seems to start after replacing the muffler but could just be coincidence. Thanks!

Being a pre OBD2 makes it a bit harder to diagnose. Do you have the ability to pull the codes and at least understand what the error is related to?

Without more info, best guesses are just a shot in the dark. The first thing that comes to mind for me is a fueling issue, how old is the fuel filter and the fuel pump? As for the muffler, it's also possible that the catalytic converter(s) are clogged up and causing a lot of back pressure.

I will add idle stabilizer valve. You could remove and clean it with carb or MAF cleaner. It is located on passanger side rear of the intake. Also there was a write up that I can not find about the resistance value when measured with multi meter. Also how are your vacuum lines?
