I'm in the process of pulling my 2.8 AfC and trying to figure the easiest way to remove the drivers side Mount. I will be pulling the engine right out the front with a engine stand. Any help would be appreciated as this my first time with a Audi. Thanks Duane, Michigan

It's basically the same as the passenger side, except it's on the driver's side.
What part of the three bolts going through the fender well and one on top are you having difficulty with?

But it's an Audi. The bolt may have backwards threads. You must account for this possibility, my friend.

I didn't really mean that to sound so smart-assed but I couldn't figure out how to ask which part of the process was the problem...
I did both of my motor mounts and both transmission mounts not too long ago and don't remember them being all that hard to do...no bolts with backward threads as far as I remember.
