I have found that the prob get worse on my car as the engine gets hotter, on the highway its ok, but when doing say 30 in fith gear the hestitation starts and stays for about a mile then clears only to return later. If i pull up when its hesitating the revs are about 2000 and somtimes dies. She starts fine and normally idles at 900, and is very smooth. I have checked for vac leaks and just changed the plugs for bosch super items, its now even smoother. Would the Oxy sensor cause this ? the old plugs were quite black, I also put redex in the enginebe to clear ant potential carbon build up.
I have read about faulty injector O ring seals? anyone know about this? help !!

Injector o-rings, IME, cause more problems at idle than anywhere else.
A bad O2 will cause problems throughout the RPM range, as do vac. leaks.
Also, how old are your plug wires?

cuatrokoop,
nice coop, have u considered changing your hubs to allow for five stud alloys? your wheels are great but four stud choise is limited. I have ordered some fox racing evo 4 wheels as they are the closest i can find to the original audi 17" from the last cabriolets. I will order new plus leads first thing together with an oxy sensor.

Thanks...Not planning on going 5x112 yet. I've found some wheels I like that will fit a nice wide sticky tire on them for autocrossing with a 4x108 pattern. 17x8 and 17x10, take your pick ;-)
