20v Exhaust Cam Swap questions...
I know I've read that the 7A exhaust cam has a positive effect when installed in a 3B, but what about the other way around? Back when I had the stock NG engine in my 80, I swapped a 10vt cam in it and it made a noticable difference. Does swapping a 20vt exhaust cam in a 7A have the same effect?
