Default 89 Quattro starting problem

Anyone had experience with hot starting problem. Starts fine when it cools down for 1/2-1 hour.
Weather very cold here, car has been inside for starter repair. I don't think it is fuel line freeze. Any thoughts?

Check your engine timing fuses, if the engine timing II fuse goes out it will have trouble starting in cold. Also just make sure you're getting fuel and spark. Does it turn over at all or is it just dead?
