Timing chains don't need changed, but can be (they do stretch over time a bit).
Belts should be changed every 60-90k, long with the water pump, t-stat and idler pulley (aka relay roller). Those parts will be around $150. You can do the t-belt change yourself (for the crank holder tool, check my website, has a DIY holder c/o another 20v/AW'er).
