Default About cone filter intaking hot engine air...

Ok so when at an idle, the engine puts off heat and isnt cooled by any airflow.. The stock airbox draws air through a ~2" hole so it doesnt intake hot engine air...

When installing your cone filter, why not add a small fan to that 2" hole (like a computer fan or something) to help draw cool air in at an idle??

How about a heat shield? has anyone tried one of those? that in conjunction with some form of outside airflow could improve performance - maybe.
