Do I simply need a "recharge"? It used to be ice cold but not anymore. I'm hoping this isn't an evap problem.

Air distribution flaps....
Inside your dash, inside the a/c box are air distribution flaps/diverters. They direct air to vents. They are covered in foam. Over time this foam falls apart and get stuck inside the a/c box, and or comes out the vents. Any black foam pieces coming out your vents?
Your a/c controls electronic or manual?

Re: Air distribution flaps....
Haven't noticed any foam coming out of the vents. The ac controls are electronic. I have it set at "LO" temperature, and even the center vents don't seem nearly as cold as it used to get.
