Just got back from ACE powdercoating here in Garland (right next door to Dallas) and picked up my RS2 manifold I dropped off to them last week. ACE does tons of powdercoating and has a 2000 degree coating for turbo manifolds that I opted to use. I could have disassembled my turbo and sent the hotside in, but I didn't really want to mess with it. I've talked to a few local tuners who use this stuff and have nothing but good things to say about it. Keeps the heat down, resists any corrosion, doesn't crack, chip, fade, or burn off. The stuff's really awesome, and I prefer the flat black over Jet-hots shiney aluminum. If anyone needs anything powdercoating and hi-temp coated, let me know and I can help get it done. They have over 400 different colors and textures of coatings, glossy, flat, anodized, everything. They do pretty amazing work and are very friendly. They also know a really good polisher too whose going to work on my AAN coil cover :-O

Had it on the headers on my Coupe, and they looked as new for the 7 years I owned them.

http://www.jet-hot.com</a

better off powder coated, but didn't know where to go in Dallas. Like timing belt cover, for one.
On a >hijack< different topic -- have you heard of any good alignment spots in Dallas area. I need mine done - but a quality job. (Actually had it done, 5 tries later it's still wrong and it sucks.)
