Default Ahh, some good tire news!

My Dad and I were talking about tires and he mentions he's getting new tires at the end of the summer. He has Michelin Pilot's (205/55/16) on his A4, which are the same exact tires I currently have on my car.

I think he has about 20,000 miles on his tires, but he drives like an old lady, so they still have a good amount of tread left. I told him that he didn't need new tires, but he insists on getting them before winter. So I told him to give me his current tires when he gets new ones.

They'll probably last me another 10,000 miles and save me $400 or so!

excellent...pilots aren't great in the snow, but at 205, they are thin enough to get you thru snow
