It's how it is mounted.
By trying to use the OEM clips it's mounted wayyy too low. That top valence needs to come off so it can sit up higher, right under the headlight trim pieces.
On the one I have on the car right now a mounting bracket was fabbed to attach in the foglight areas.
On the one I am going to put on the road Coupe I am going to move the mounting over behind where the plate goes.
Do a search on here. Awhile back there were a few posts on how to mount one with consideration for the OEM rebar behind it.

post. And I cant find anyone who's done a great hi-res/close-up of one til these latest examples and all of them seem to have some distortion/disfigurement. Seems there's been a bunch of em installed here but nary a single really good close-up pic posted of it showing fit/fitment/gaps etc. How 'bout some pics of the nice ones that are visually indistinguishable from the real ones? If I buy a daily driver 90Q before winter I may be in the market. But if this or the later example above is all thats available I'd rather remain stock or go the "real deal" route again.

Today is a day i feel confident enough to rip that bumper off pick up my grinder,welder some scrap metall and start some fab work to get that bitch to fit like thae real deal
