Hey guys, I have been collecting parts for swapping my DSY 6 speed into my 91 es2. I just got the RS2 shifter and linkage and I have a B4 subframe and S2 halfshafts. I also just bought a 4000 rear prop shaft so I think I have everything. Any other issues I might run into that I don't have covered? One thing I'm not sure about is on the stock coupe 5 speed there are two connections right next to the halfshaft ion the drivers side. I'm assuming rpm and maybe mph sensors but on the 6 speed there is only one connection there. I remember on my S4 the rpm sensor was up by the flywheel attached to the block, is this the difference in the coupe tranny?

have more to do with gear ratios than anything else. Some tranmission codes are used in multiple cars...

This coupe is a 91 so I assume it has the 4:11 final drive but from a stand still, I am at the rev limiter in 5th on a straigh that my S4 (where the engine came from and most of the upgrades) would be near 20mph less. I hate not being able to shift into 6th and moving on to 170+mph, of coarse this is only on closed roads or track.
