On my 88 Audi 90, theres is a clicking coming from this vacuum looking thing on top of the air box, makes a sound siminlar to bad cam followers(they are bad-but thats another topic). Is this normal or can I fix it? Thanks

I think a little bit of clicking is normal, so don't let that get you down too much. I'm afraid I can't help you much on that cylinder problem though. What exactly does the car sound like when it's running? Can you describe it?
