I go to pick up my car after the amp/sub/deck has been installed, and the guy mounted the amp to the base of the trunk, and the sub in front of it, which takes up the whole trunk. he told me he couldnt mount the amp to the rear seats cuz of the gas tank (i guess he figured hed drill through it?). Does that make sence? I could of sworn its been mounted behind the seats before. I did a search and found it being mounted upside down and to the sides but nothing behind seats. Thanks

so there is no possible way to attach it to the back of the seats without going through the gastank.

i do have a b3..he was gonna mount it like boogs (to the side)but my wires didnt reach..hes gonna have to extend them then, i guess i got no choice. Either that, or he said he would build a box that makes the sub sit above the amp, but i want the amp touching the trunk floor of the car..id imagine id loose some bass if the amp is sitting on a shelf rather then if its touching the trunk floor..
