Default any HID mounting pics out there???
I pulled my light but not sure where I'm going to mount the ballast. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Default what about heat?
I've heard these things get HOT. I don't wanna melt my rather expensive lights.

but ya, I was looking there.

Default yeah no problems. They rest really well there too.
I've thought of making some holding unit for the ballast under the lights, but just a though. They seem to be fine where they are.

they are already under the lights eh? u find the ballasts move around...?

Default there is so much airflow underneath and around the lights that having the ballasts there is prolly
aboot the best place (as far as cooling is concerned) to put 'em! --short of bolted on the outside of your bumper =P --

Default kit came with mounting hardware
they give you 2 sided tape but its too greasy down there to use it. So I'm going to use the mounting brackets and fix it on there.

Default they don't move that much. Not enough to worry.
I have thought of some bracketing system. But Just thoughts right now.
